The offseason has begun. Since the Mets are not playing terribly right now, this is the season of optimism for all Mets fans. The Mets need to THINK BIG if they want to get anywhere this year.
They need to go after free agents like Prince Fielder, Jimmy Rollins and even Albert Puljos. They need to hang on to Jose Reyes. They need to go after pitchers like Zach Grenkie and Zack Duke.
C'mon Mets! Make us proud. Bring a team that can actually compete to Citi Field in 2012!
